health + safety

INFORMATION

covid-19 precautions

Feeling sick?

Please do not book or attend an in-person session if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or if you've been in contact with someone with a suspected case of COVID-19. If you've already booked, please contact me to arrange an online session or to reschedule.

Assessing illness

You're asked to complete Yellowtree Therapy Services' COVID-19 survey prior to each in-person session. The survey will be emailed to you 4 hours before your appointment. You're also encouraged to self-assess using Alberta Health Services' online self-assessment tool directly prior to attending in-person sessions.

allergy alert

Have allergies to pets or other sensitivities?

Our building is dog-friendly and I do share my office with a therapist who brings her dog into work. You may see dogs in the office hallway from time to time, and there may be remnants of dog hair on the furniture. Please contact me in advance if you have any concerns about the presence of dogs in the office or if you have any other health concerns (such as smell sensitivity, etc.)
